An open note to the Los Angeles Clippers

I abhor the comments made by your (soon to be departed) owner.  His views are outdated, maligned, disrespectful, and disgraceful.

When I look back at the Jesse Owens, Bill Russell’s, Hank Aaron’s, Jackie Robinson’s, and Muhammad Ali’s of the world, they took a stand by playing the game.  Jackie Robinson had every reason to boycott the MLB.  Jesse Owens ran in the 1932 racist Olympics.

They played the game and won.  Speak up. Speak out.  And play the game.  “Does he make the game or do you make the game?”

Play and beat him at his own game.
